297 demining groups of the Ministry of Defence continue clearing the liberated regions of Ukraine of explosive remnants of war

Over the last week (15-22 March 2024), the following areas were surveyed and cleared:
- 4,766.52 hectares of territory;
- 4,700.3 hectares of agricultural land;
- 11.93 km of roads;
- 0.78 km of pipelines.
The work is being carried out using specialised machinery for mechanised demining.
During the week of work, 5,522 explosive items were removed and neutralised.
In total, the sappers of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine discovered and destroyed 320,700 explosive remnants of war.
