Since the start of 2018 agricultural enterprises have boosted production by 2.1% compared to the start of 2017, according to data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

Such indicators are consistent with general trend: only in the grain segment for two consecutive years Ukraine harvested record amount of 63-63 million tons.

However, as a seasonal trend, the overall production volumes by households decreased by 3%. Meanwhile, the Government's program of support for agrarians, in particular assistance to farmers, is aimed to redress the situation.
