Government introduces a norm for VAT payment by installment when importing equipment

The Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine introduces a mechanism for the value-added tax payment by installments
when importing equipment that is not produced in Ukraine and proves necessary
for the modernization of production capacities. The
decision was approved at a meeting of the Government on the proposal of Prime
Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.
"For the equipment to be imported – an installment payment plan for 24 months. This means that the equipment will become 20% cheaper at once,"
