The Cabinet of
Ministers Ukraine has already found
the best possible legal solution and pledges
readiness from February to kick
off a process of transferring of land that is located outside the boundaries
of a settlement into ownership of amalgamated territorial communities (ATC). This was stated
by Prime Minister of Ukraine
Volodymyr Groysman.
"The united
territorial communities have powers to
manage the territories within their settlements, but the heads
of the ATC raise the question
of transferring land outside of
the settlements into their ownership.
We have found
a solution, thus I commission the State Service of
Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre to
devolve power for land management
to amalgamated territorial communities," the Prime Minister
underscored.
The Head of
Government explained that from February
communities will be vested with
the powers to regulate all
land matters.
