London plays host to the Education World Forum – a gathering of Ministers of Education and their Deputies representing over two-thirds of the world’s population. The principal purpose is to create a platform, where the key players of the education sector can meet and discuss the future of educational policy.

Lilia Hrynevych, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, traditionally takes part in the work of the Forum. In London, she had already held a meeting with representatives of the British Council and educational experts. In the course of the meeting issues pertaining to further cooperation in the field of education were tackled.

The Minister informed that during the day she took part in two expert discussions: on the mutual influence between the economy and education, as well as on the academic programme and competencies within the framework of the fourth industrial revolution.
