Stepan Poltorak: Knowledge, personnel qualities of teachers, and good infrastructure are a formula for academic success

Minister of Defence of Ukraine General of the Army of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak and Chief of Joint Staff of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Major General Vitalijus Vaikšnoras discussed the issues of development of cooperation between educational establishments of the two countries and possibility of increase of the number of Lithuanian instructors in Ukraine.

“All the problems related to the army units are rooted in academic process in educational establishments. Knowledge, personnel qualities of teachers, and good infrastructure are a formula for academic success”, Stepan Poltorak stressed.

The parties discussed the development of cooperation and experience sharing between the educational establishments of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence and the Baltic College.

“We are interested in development of cooperation between our educational establishments, team work is very important. It is effective. We will always have strategic calmness and will support Ukraine”, Major General Vitalijus Vaikšnoras said.
