On November 23, Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadym Chernysh met with Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality of Georgia Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.

During the meeting, Vadym Chernysh outlined the directions of the Ministry's activities, problem issues for studying, forecasting and implementing the necessary measures to maintain ties with the population living in uncontrolled by the Ukrainian Government territories. In particular, the parties focused on execution of the Action Plan aimed at pursuing certain principles of state internal policy regarding particular districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in which the state authorities don’t temporarily exercise their powers (Action Plan).

"The purpose of the Action Plan is to help citizens who remain in uncontrolled territories, to bolster their trust in Ukraine and the unity of the state," stressed Vadym Chernysh.
