World Bank expresses readiness to support the implementation of healthcare reform in Ukraine

The World Bank shares the ideas of the Government of Ukraine on the implementation of reforms and expresses readiness to support the transformations, in particular in the health care sector. Appropriate agreements were achieved during a meeting of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim.

"I am very much aware that the reform process has been difficult for leaders, but especially for the people of Ukraine. There are many sacrifices and many difficulties. But we, at the World Bank Group, and many people observing Ukraine have been very impressed with the extent of the reform process that has happened during the last few years," said WB President Jim Yong Kim.
