Swedish military delegation visits Law Enforcement Training Centre in Lviv and International Peacekeeping and Security Centre
The Swedish military
delegation visited the Law Enforcement
Training Centre in Lviv. They
toured the centre infrastructure and discussed the
prospects of cooperation between the Armed forces
of Sweden and Ukrainian Law
Enforcement. Canadian military also participated
in these discussions.
Guests valued the
efforts aimed at developing the
infrastructure, quality of training and
professional level of instructors. They also mentioned
that the Swedish armed forces
had been cooperating with the Ukrainian army
for many years and pledged
to continue this cooperation in the future.
The foreign delegation
also observed drills within the
operation Joint Multinational Training Group — Ukraine (JMTG-U) at the International
Peacekeeping and Security Centre.
