Volodymyr Kistion: Government's decision on monetization of benefits and subsidies is another step towards de-monopolization in the natural gas market

Today's decision of the Government to monetize the benefits and subsidies of the population at the level of service providers is the first step aimed to reach the main goal - targeted monetization of benefits and subsidies to the Ukrainian households for the received housing and communal services, as is also an important stage in the process of opening a full-scale competitive service market for the “population” and “district heating providers” segment, in particular in the natural gas supply market. Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Kistion was quoted as saying.
