Today's decision of the Government to monetize the benefits and subsidies of the population at the level of service providers is the first step aimed to reach the main goal - targeted monetization of benefits and subsidies to the Ukrainian households for the received housing and communal services, as is also an important stage in the process of opening a full-scale competitive service market for the “population” and “district heating providers” segment, in particular in the natural gas supply market.
