Prices for communal services are set by local authorities, but there are no reasonable grounds for tariff hikes, stressed Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.

The Head of Government is on a working visit to the Poltava region.

"There are no reasons for rising gas prices, the more so there are no reasons for tariff increases. Tariffs are within direct responsibility of local authorities, therewith, if there is a need to verify the correctness of the calculations, we are ready to give such a commission," stressed the Prime Minister.
