Prime Minister demands to fire officials who lay down the rules
Prime Minister of
Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman appealed to the members of the Government to hold inspecting
of work of structures under their supervision in the regions of Ukraine and to
take appropriate personnel decisions in case abuses are confirmed. The Head of
Government stressed during the Government sitting.
He reminded that the
day before, October 25, at a meeting of the Regional Development Council head
of the State Service of Ukraine
for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Oleg Tzvyakh had been
suspended from duty. The reason is the complaints by heads of local authorities
on work of bodies of the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (SSGCC).
“I propose to dismiss from office (the head
of the SSGCC), as well as to commission the Ministry of Agrarian Policy to form
teams to verify the activities of the territorial bodies of the State Service and (if necessary) to dismiss all the leaders on the ground,”
urged Volodymyr Groysman, “But it doesn’t refer to the State Service for Geodesy,
Cartography and Cadastre alone”. He reiterated his commission for the ministers
to engage in inspections, adding the business utters complaints about the local
officials who lay down the rules and he won’t tolerate that.
