On October 24-25, 2017 the 12th session of the Group of Experts on Coal Mine Methane of the Committee on Sustainable Energy of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) is taking place in Geneva.

Participants of the session are discussing the Group of Experts' Report on implementation of the Work plan for 2016-2017 including the work of the International Centres of Excellence on Coal Mine Methane as well as proposals to its Work plan for 2018-2019.

The representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine as well as of the Permanent Mission of Ukraine in Geneva participate in the 12thsession of the Group of Experts.
