The core objective of this plenary week of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is to support a package of bills on medical reform. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman wrote in Facebook

«Another plenary week has commenced, hence I see the core objective that is to give a green light to the medical reform. We have to provide quality services in our hospitals. We have to guarantee citizens that the country will really pay for every treatment they receive. We must finally allow doctors to receive decent wages. All of these can be achieved in case of approval of the draft laws №6327 and 6604 this week», Volodymyr Groysman stressed.

The Prime Minister called on all lawmakers to unite around the adoption of the reform that will allow to establish a qualitatively new system of financing health care in the country.
