Jordan took the lead for NATO multinational exercise REGEX 2017 and hosted it on September 23-28. The aim of this exercise is to realize international military cooperation under NATO standards and procedures for partner countries. Fifteen troops represented Ukraine at this event.

Representatives of the Joint Force Command Naples and representatives of the Department of Combat Training of the Joint Staff of the Jordan Armed Forces mentored the event.

Christophe Leserf, representative of the Joint Force Command Naples, mentioned, ‘Officers enhanced their skills in command and control of subordinate units. Considering sudden change of the situation on the ground, every section of the Multinational Staff operated in coordinated and agreed manner. All sections and links executed all the tasks assigned’.
