The Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine, at its meeting on Wednesday, September 20, approved the
concept of e-governance development. Introducing the corresponding decision,
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman emphasized that the IT sector is one of the essential
components of growth of Ukraine's economy. And the fact that the state is
switching to e-technology is viewed as being one of the incentives to promote
development of this sector.
"I think that rather serious work has been done. By the end of year, we will have 100 electronic services, benefit from identification mobile applications to obtain those services - thus, we will open up access to an even larger range of services. The process keeps moving, we will accelerate it," said Volodymyr Groysman.
He emphasized
that it is crucial at this stage to create a single environment - and this
requires a political will. "And here we must advance towards the future instead
of being a feature of the past," said Volodymyr Groysman.
