Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman arrived on a working visit to Ternopil region. The Head of Government will take part in the decentralization reform forum titled "Decentralization as the basis for the formation of an effective governance system and local development", will familiarize with the economic activities of local enterprises, will participate in a ceremony of laying a capsule to mark the start of the construction of rowing and water sports center "Water Arena"Ternopil".
