In the course of the working trip to Donetsk region Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman inaugurated a reconstructed railroad haul Komysh-Zorya – Volnovakha.  A year ago, the Head of Government commissioned to increase the capacity of this section of the railway and to enhance railroad connections in the region.

The commission was carried out and today a railroad haul accepted a first train. Commenting on this event, Volodymyr Groysman highlighted that now the issue regarding the increase of capacity of railway line in half is being considered, therefore- to boost flow of goods.

The Prime Minister emphasized that JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”- is one of the most integrated enterprises in the country, thus to restore its capacity as well as quality of services - one of the key directions of the state holding company. According to Volodymyr Groysman, the Government pledges readiness to provide all substantial assistance and support in this issue. This year the extent of haulage fleet repairs was significantly increased- up to 200 units of equipment comparing to 20 last year, train carriages are being developed: this year rail car fleet of “Ukrzaliznytsia” was supplemented by nearly 7 thousand units.” This is just the beginning”, underscored Volodymyr Groysman.
