Minister of Finance of Ukraine Olexandr Danyliuk met with representatives of the IMF mission led by Ron Van Rooden

May 17, Minister of Finance of Ukraine Olexandr Danyliuk held a meeting with representatives of the European Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Special emphasis during the meeting was placed on issues of further implementation of the IMF program. The mission representatives expressed confidence that further introduction of structural reforms in compliance with the Memorandum would facilitate finalizing the fourth review the IMF Extended Funding Facility and granting the next tranche to Ukraine. In turn, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine assured the representatives of the IMF mission that the Government is committed to fully implement commitments they have undertaken.

The close cooperation between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund under Extended Funding Facility is a key tool for ensuring macroeconomic stability and creating conditions for sustainable economic development.
