Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman encourages in the framework of the Constitutional reform and public administration reform to clearly define the powers, as he said in his interview with the 24 channel.

"Dualism inside the government must be removed. The reform of 2004 was far from perfect, the President and the Parliament have vague competencies which even overlap. But it is crucial to introduce relevant governance system”, said the Head of Government. “Government, President and Parliament must get balance and counterbalance, and each branch should be vested in its particular powers. Executive power should be exercised by the executive branch."
