The Government is planning to extend the program of reimbursement of medicines. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during a meeting with students of Donetsk National Medical University.
“Our plans envisage the expansion of the procedure of reimbursement, providing free medicines to citizens who need consistent support in medications, urged the Prime Minister while answering the question. We are planning to develop this program”.
The Prime Minister noted that the Government has made progress towards reducing the price of drugs in certain categories by 10-30-60%. According to him, this is only the beginning.
Volodymyr Groysman reminded that the program of reimbursement – a qualitative and fundamental work, which was repeatedly tried to disrupt, through the process of inventing various corruption schemes. "But we have elaborated a system which is open, public, and transparent. It is in our best interests to extend this program in the name of the health of all Ukrainians", summed up the Head of Government
