Members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine led by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman took part on Tuesday in the opening ceremony of the sixth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of VIII convocation.

In the event were also participating heads of central executive authorities and of the judicial branch, officials, whom the Verkhovna Rada appoints to office and gives approval to their appointment to office, representatives of public organizations, mass media and heads of diplomatic missions of foreign States.

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andrii Parubii officially opened a morning sitting of the Parliament.

All the present in the Parliament session hall heard the National Anthem of Ukraine. The participants of the opening honoured the memory of those killed during the fighting in Avdiyivka.
