    Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze and Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. Valeriy Chaly met with Vice-Chairman of Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia, and Emerging Threats of the House Foreign Affairs Committee Thomas Marino.

    They discussed the current political and security situation on the European continent against the backdrop of the continuing Russian aggression against Ukraine. In the international security context, the sides agreed on the important role of NATO. 

    Congressman Marino assured that the Transition team of President-Elect Donald Trump has a good and objective understanding of the real situation around Ukraine, as well as well as a shared support of our country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

    The interlocutors agreed to continue their contacts and collaboration. In this context Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze invited сongressman Marino to visit Ukraine in the near future.
