The Government at its meeting on Wednesday will consider a concept of the health care reform. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in a video address in Facebook on Monday.

"This week we are planning to submit for considering by the Government and its approval the concept of the healthcare system reform," said Volodymyr Groysman.

The document has undergone a broad discussion among experts and the society, said the Head of Government.

"We are confident that this is just the beginning of the health care reform. We must change the healthcare system, thereby achieving the following results: a longer life expectancy, and better quality of life of people with a disease, and disease prevention, apart from that improving the social standards of physicians, technical upgrade – all those tasks we must complete to raise healthcare [in Ukraine] to a higher level," stressed the Prime Minister.
