In 2017, a new high quality system of job evaluation for the Ukrainian citizens should be introduced in Ukraine. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman declared during a meeting with leaders of all-Ukrainian trade unions and their associations on Tuesday.

"We should enter next year with an efficient system of job evaluation," said Volodymyr Groysman.

The Prime Minister noted that a reform of the remuneration system is included into the topmost priorities of the Government’s activities.http://www.kmu.gov.ua/img/1x1.gif

"I consider that a country which is home to 45 million residents, located in the heart of Europe and having such potential can be as poor as it is today. It means that something we did is wrong," he urged.

Volodymyr Groysman reminded that among primary decisions of the Government had been a 10% increase of social standards from 1 December. Similar increase has been planned for next year. According to him, "this is only the beginning."

At the same time, he noted that there is need to accelerate the growth of social standards. "For us it is crucial to ensure each hryvnia, which can be invested in improving [social standards], be directed for this purpose. This is our priority," stressed the Head of Government.
