Volodymyr Groysman assures none deprived of flat for non-payment of housing and communal services bills
The statements of some MPs that
allegedly the apartments are taken away from Ukrainian citizens for the failure
to pay the bills for housing and communal services aren’t based on reality.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in his opening statement at a Government
meeting on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister assured if someone dares to punish somehow the Ukrainian citizens who live in their flats, under the pretext of punishment for debts for housing and communal services, the Ukrainian Government will protect each Ukrainian family.
The Head of
Government noted that during a Parliament’s session two MPs of Ukraine from
"related" political forces - the Opposition Bloc and Ukrainian Union
"Batkivschyna" had declared that the
Ukrainians were deprived of their apartments for non-payment for housing and
communal services.
"This
is another lie from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which is
entirely ungrounded", urged the Prime Minister, responding to the
accusations.
