On Thursday Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman took part in the ceremony of signing of the Declaration of Intent to create a Babi Yar Holocaust Memorial Center.

Participating in the event were President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Kyiv mayor Vitalii Klytschko, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, representatives of Presidential Administration, heads of international Jewish organizations, statesmen of Israel, members of Holocaust research community, public figures and philanthropists.

After the ceremony Volodymyr Groysman talked to witnesses who survived the tragedy in Babi Yar.
