A decision of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry and the NRCEU (National Regulatory Commission for Energy and Utilities of Ukraine) to change indicators of standard connection of business entities to the grid will enable to overcome the pressure on entrepreneurs and provide opportunities for operation of enterprises. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman announced during the meeting of the National Council of Reforms on Monday.

"The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry jointly with the National Commission [the NRCEU] is now engaged in working out such standard connection that will provide this important segment with a very good tool to connect enterprises, to create new jobs", said Volodymyr Groysman.

The Prime Minister noted that the connection of facilities with the capacity exceeding standard connection is complicated by regulatory authorities. "Well, it is a clear scheme to put pressure on people", explained Volodymyr Groysman.
