The following week it is planned to put into test operation a Single Register of internally displaced persons. Deputy Social Policy Minister Vitaly Mushchynin announced at a meeting with Manfred Profazi, head of the IOM (International Organization for Migration) mission in Ukraine.

During the meeting the partied discussed the results and plans for further cooperation with the IOM in the framework of projects aimed at support for the internally displaced persons.

The sides noted the importance of developing a common information database on IDPs within the scope of the EU funded project "Comprehensive Stabilization Support to IDPs and the Affected Population in Ukraine", which was launched in a pilot trial on August 1, 2016.
