Situation Update, east of Ukraine as of June 02, 2016

According to the press centre of the ‘anti-terror’ operation, over the past 24 hours the enemy has violated the ceasefire for 51 times.

The tensest situation was in Mariupol direction (35 attacks). The enemy shelled the Ukrainian positions near Vodyane, Hnutove, Talakivka, and Shyrokyne, Novotroitske.

Militants shelled the ATO positions near Avdiivka with small arms, heavy machineguns, grenade launchers, as well as 82 mm mortars.

There was a fighting near Marinka that ended in the enemy’s failure.
