On Wednesday, at its meeting the Government will approve terms of an auction on the privatization of PJSC Odesa Port-Side Plant, which has to become an example of the public and open privatization of state-owned enterprises in Ukraine. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman stated this, opening a Government’s meeting on May 18.

"Today at the Government’s meeting, according to the submission of Ukraine’s State Property Fund, we'll approve terms of the auction on the public, open privatization of Odesa Port-Side Plant," said Volodymyr Groysman.

"We will begin this privatization process and have to demonstrate to Ukrainians and the world what the open, public, effective privatization means," pointed out the Prime Minister.
