Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk has commissioned the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Trade Representative of Ukraine to elaborate a mechanism how to ban the purchase of petroleum products in Russia. He stated this at the Government meeting on Wednesday, 6 April.

"I request to develop a procedure to prohibit the purchase of petrochemicals from an aggressor country, which is the Russian Federation", he stressed.

The Head of Government instructed to prepare a decision to be considered at an extraordinary meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers due on April 8.
