Arseniy Yatsenyuk: Constitutional reform should become the top priority of true leadership in Ukraine

“It is the constitutional reform, but not bargaining or the joint struggle against the Government, which should become the top priority of true leadership in Ukraine,” underlined Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on his Ten Minutes program on Sunday 13.

He has pointed out the basic law to contain the conceptual contradictions that “undermine the unity of the Executive Branch, create conditions for polycracy and corrupt court action, and in the end could lead to irresponsibility, inefficiency and injustice.”

“An architectural project of our Ukrainian home requires changes and a good design, which would form clear and understandable principles of control and balance, development and action, protection and justice,” he stressed.
