“The
Ukrainian agricultural sector is interested in the development of international
trade relations with Israel. In particular, we are willing to establish a free
trade zone between the two countries. Moreover, we are interested in
strengthening of bilateral technical cooperation, including the development of
the advanced technologies”, Oleksii Pavlenko, the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine,
stressed.
According
to the Minister, Israel is one of the world leaders in the agrarian industry.
The cooperation between our countries is aimed at adopting the successful
experience of Israeli farmers in different spheres (crop farming, agriculture
and fisheries, dairy production).
“Our aim is
to deepen the trade relations between Ukraine and Israel and to increase the
number of joint projects in the agrarian sector. We are ready to prove that
Ukraine is a reliable partner and ready to fulfill our commitments”, Oleksii Pavlenko noted.
