Gov't approved draft law "On public procurement"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the draft law "On public procurement", which will be the basis for the next stage of reform of public procurement, the transition of all public tenders to electronic format. This step will enable to extend the effect of the pilot project of ProZorro electronic system throughout the country.

The draft law "On public procurement" is another step in ensuring legislative reform package after making changes to the existing legislation on public procurement (bill 2087a). He approves the foundations of the e-procurement system, which is now running in a pilot mode. After the adoption of the law will change, in particular, the order of exchange of electronic documents, will be approved the regulation on information disclosure after the auction, will be entered the appeal procedure of trading results and much more.
