  • Arseniy Yatsenyuk commissioned Ministry of Infrastructure to suspend travel to Egypt in case danger of flights confirmed

    Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk instructed the Ministry of Infrastructure, together with security services of Ukraine to urgently study whether there exist risks for the citizens of Ukraine to fly to the airports of Egypt in connection with recent events in the region.

    On condition the threats to the lives of Ukrainian citizens confirmed, the Prime Minister commissioned to urgently elaborate and introduce a temporary ban on air travel in the region.

    All UK-bound planes from Sharm el-Sheikh were reported to suspend flights amid fears the passenger plane had been brought down by a bomb.
