"We should,
finally, complete the judicial reform, the reform of prosecution, establish the
State Investigation Bureau to ensure that our entire law-enforcement system and
justice system is similar to our new Ukrainian police. This implies another
attitude, new standards and respect for the law and citizens of the country",
said Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk after a swearing in ceremony for
the new patrol police officers in Lviv on Sunday,
August 23.
