Memorandum on investment into the Ukraine's port industry to be signed at the Infrastructure Ministry

On Friday, June 19, the Soufflet Group (one of the biggest players on the world grain market) will sign a memorandum of its intent to develop port infrastructure in Ukraine at the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

In May-June 2015, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine held working meetings with representatives of The Soufflet Group aimed at identifying potentially interesting Ukrainian infrastructure projects. The Ministry organized for the representatives of The Soufflet Group a number of study tours to Ukrainian sea ports.

After a series of such study tours the representatives of The Soufflet Group expressed their willingness to invest in the development of SE Illichivsk Sea Commercial Port. By signing the Memorandum on June 19, the international investor assures of its commitment to implementing an infrastructure project at the port over the next few years.
