PM says Ukraine remains committed to peaceful settlement unlike Russia and Russian terrorists

"I am stressing once again the need for full and complete fulfillment of all items of the Minsk protocol that has been signed. Ukraine remains committed to the peaceful settlement, unlike Russia and Russian terrorists," Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk underlined at aCabinet’s meeting on Wednesday, April 15.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that today he had held talks with Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin after his return from yesterday’s Foreign Ministers Normandy meeting in Berlin. The Prime Minister expressed concern that Russia was failing to fulfill the Minsk agreements: "We have losses again, the shelling again".

He has stressed that Ukraine is ready to continue implementing the Minsk agreements, "including by holding fair and transparent elections - only fair and transparent, without Russian terrorists and Kalashnikovs at polling stations", "But the first step that should be taken– to withdraw artillery, cease fire, stop violating the so-called truce and stop shooting the Ukrainian military."

But it looks like only Ukraine is abiding by the peace process, unlike Russia and Russian terrorists," Arseniy Yatsenyuk emphasized.
