Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with President of Lithuania Grybauskaite

On Saturday, March 21, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk held a meeting with President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė, who had arrived to Kyiv on a visit.

Arseniy Yatsenyuk congratulated Dalia Grybauskaitė on being awarded the Person of the Year for defending the interests of Ukraine at the top international level, an active support of the European aspirations and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

“We are convinced that you should possess a much higher reward, as your steadfast and strong position is extremely important for Ukraine and for the entire EU,” stressed Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

The Prime Minister and the President of Lithuania discussed the outcomes of the recent European Council’s meeting on 19-20 March, and the efforts of the European Union's made to support Ukraine.
