Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with President of the Bundestag Norbert Lammert

On Monday, February 16, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk met with President of the German Bundestag Norbert Lammert, who is on a visit to Kyiv.

The Prime Minister praised the Germany's role in efforts aimed at reaching agreement on a cease-fire in eastern Ukraine. Arseniy Yatsenyuk has emphasized a need for the strict implementation of documents signed by the Russian Federation in Minsk.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine and President of the German Bundestag have also discussed current issues of the financial and economic situation in Ukraine, especially in the context of the agreement on the cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund.
