Arseniy Yatsenyuk calls upon for an emergency UN Security Council meeting

The situation in the East of Ukraine substantially deteriorated. Russia has sent a number of armored personnel vehicles, tanks, and troops. We can confirm that Russian military boots are on Ukrainian ground.  Ukrainian forces are capable to tackle and to cope with Russia-led guerillas. But its quite difficult for us to fight with Russia and its army.

We call upon for an emergency UN Security Council meeting, OSCE meeting, and the EU one. We have to undertake quick and effective measures to contain and to stop Russian aggression.

We urge the EU and the United States to frozen all Russian assets until Russia pulls back its forces, its military, and stops the supply of Russia-led guerillas.
