Ostap Semerak singles out three components in fight against seceders

“The first is a military response to the actions of terrorists. The second – work of diplomats. The third, and the most crucial, is the Government should demonstrate to the Russians and all the rest that Ukraine is a successful country. Thus, it is better to live here than in Russia,” Ostap Semerak announced on air of the 5 Channel.

The Minister noted that one of the reasons Russia was trying to destabilize the situation within Ukraine is that there could possibly be better living standards in Ukraine soon.

Ostap Semerak emphasized Ukrainian Government had launched wide consultation rounds, including military, with the global community in order to settle the crisis in Ukraine.

The top official evaluates the activity of Ukrainian diplomats who have much facilitated forming the position of international community with regards to the events in our region, to the actions of Russia and actions of the Ukrainian side.

“I consider this is where Ukrainian authorities have succeeded,” the Minister accentuated.
