Ian Tombinski: European experts to provide support to Ukrainian Government in all directions

agreed yesterday about clear coordination at all stages of implementation of local
self-government reform and introduction of an effective regional policy.
Discussing the urgency
of reforms related to decentralization of state administration in the country
and the division of powers in the regions according to the principle of subsidiarity (granting broad powers to local communities
and participation in local and national taxes), Volodymyr
Hroisman expressed hope for overall support of the
European Union.
Ian Tombinski assured that
