Oleksandr Sych: Governmental committees to become communicators between the government and the community

On April 3, 2014 the Government Committee on humanitarian development chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Sych has been launched next after the Government Committee chaired by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Opening a session of the Committee the official stressed the need for strict compliance with the regulatory requirements for the preparation of government decisions. "We have to abandon the practice of considering draft legislation at government meetings without their prior discussion. Force majeure caused by the upgrade of central executive bodies has expired. Now there is no excuse even for the smallest violation of the rules, which may affect the quality of our solutions," Oleksandr Sych emphasized.

The Deputy Prime Minister has instructed to invite to the further meetings of the Governmental Committee on humanitarian development as a wider range of experts and the public.
