V. Hroisman: Ukraine has been, is and will be unitary state and federalization is unacceptable for it
The Government of
Ukraine is working under creation of the legal framework for the formation of
self-sufficient communities with extensive powers and financial resources that
will allow to fully implementing this task. This was started by Vice Prime
Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal
Services Volodymyr Hroisman
at a press point in
"We should complete
acceptance of all legislation acts relating to the implementation of reforms,
including amending the Constitution of Ukraine in 2014. We expect that amendments
to the Basic Law will be approved this autumn. Thus, from 2015 we will begin to
live in accordance with the new legislation, which is based on the European
Charter of Local Self-Government and the fundamental principle of subsidiarity. We expect that the next local elections will
be held on the basis of new legislation in autumn of 2015," Volodymyr Hroisman said.

Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Štefan Füle at the
press point. According to him, the EU intends to give our country the tools to
