Basic earnings of Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroysman in 2013 didn't change significantly
Top
officials of the country have made public their income and expense declarations
for 2013. In particular, the income of the Vice Prime Minister, Minister of
Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services Volodymyr Hroysman made up UAH one-and-half
million including almost a half of the sum as gains from the alienation of
movable and immovable property (in the previous year V. Hroysman
sold Toyota Land Cruiser which he had had from 2011).
The other
incomes of the top official, as compared to 2012, haven’t changed
significantly: UAH 653 thousand from providing property for rent, UAH 147.8
thousand as salary, UAH 11.4 thousand were mentioned in “The Dividends,
interest” section and UAH 1.5 thousand in “Gifts, prizes” section.

Volodymyr
Hroysman didn’t take material assistance. Neither
he nor his family members have any incomes abroad or securities, like it was
earlier. The Vice Premier keeps UAH 519 thousand on his bank accounts. The
incomes of the Hroysman are entrepreneur activity
in general. In the previous year the incomes of the family members made up a
little under the showings of 2012 (UAH 842.8 thousand against UAH 878.3
thousand). The family members have on their bank accounts around UAH 33 thousand.
“The
Immovable property” section hasn’t changed at all: Volodymyr
Hroysman owns 91.5 hundred square meters, two
residential buildings and other immovable property with the area of 2156
square meters, he had had in possession when he
became mayor of Vinnytsya in 2006. “The Transport means” section contains information that the family members own Volkswagen Touareg. In the previous year Volodymyr Hroysman purchased Range Rover worth UAH 1.5 million after selling Toyota Land Cruiser worth UAH 720 thousand. “The
Financial obligations and expenses” section of the declarant
and his family members contains the largest sum UAH 271.3 thousand mentioned
in “The Repayment primary loan” column. |

Before 2006 Volodymyr Hroysman was engaged in entrepreneur activity with the capital lease as his principal gains. In 2006 he was elected Vinnytsya mayor for the first time. In 2010 he was re-elected Vinnytsya mayor for the second term having received a record support among the rest of town mayors – almost 78% Vinnytsya residents. From February 2014 he is Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services.
