sincere congratulations on the occasion of the Day of commemorating the
participants of war activities on the territories of other states and the
25-th anniversary of withdrawal of troops of
the former USSR from Afganistan! We bow
our heads in the cherished memory of the dead and to all those who had passed
testing by war we wish peaceful sky, goodness and harmony. The courage
of the participants of war activities appear undisputed truth of the history,
which cannot be rewritten, appears an example of real patriotism. I wish
everyone who had passed the hard tour of duty strong health, happiness,
