Hennadiy Temnyk calls communal services for maximal readiness - worsening of weather conditions in Ukraine expected

To ensure maximal readiness of communal services to liquidate consequences of complicated weather conditions on roads of the inhabited localities, timely use of sand-salt mixtures and reagents in the streets and roads, cleaning of sewer systems. The document has the information that according to the forecasts Ukraine is to face worsening of weather conditions – rain, sleet, strong winds.  

In this connection the Minister of Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services Hennadiy Temnyk has held a working meeting with structure subdivisions of the Ministry responsible for the functioning of life support systems. The head of the Ministry commissioned to immediately send the information to the regions about the expected worsening of the weather conditions with clearly determined tasks to ensure readiness of communal services to work in hard conditions.

Moreover, Hennadiy Temnyk instructed the profile services of the Ministry to thoroughly control the situation in the regions regarding liquidation of bad weather impact and if needed to provide overall assistance.

“I address the communal workers with a request to maximally focus on work and ensure stable functioning of life support systems. Comfort and safety of our citizens in homes, streets and roads depend on work of everyone of you. So we are obliged to fulfill our professional duties consistently and responsibly,” Hennadiy Temnyk stressed.
