At the beginning
of the session of the Government on January 29, Mykola Azarov introduced the
First Vice Prime Minister Serhiy
Arbuzov who will chair the Cabinet of Ministers.

expressed assurance that under the chairmanship of Serhiy
Arbuzov “the Cabinet of Ministers will cope with the
duties laid on him by the President at this important period”. “I wish
to all of you well-being, success, health and prosperity to our country,”
